Thursday evening swim

Midweek swim at seapoint..
Weather permitting we will go for a swim / dip in the sea. Regulars and new comers welcome.
As its still relatively cold this time of year, it's recommended not to stay in too long, and bring warm clothes for afterwards. Also, stay within your debt - we do look out for each other but we are not lifeguards.
