Behind the scenes of an agile transformation
This presentation is an experience share on how the presenter identified the need for an agile transformation within a hardware company and started the whole process that lasted for 10 months guiding people into a more agile culture and thinking. The flow goes from the moment he decided to change his own role, found the reasons why the transformation was necessary and started to gradually implement the practices and disciplines.By Mathias Gusso
Mathias began working in the IT industry in 1998. For many years has played different QA roles from writing automation scripts and frameworks to leading teams and defining major test strategies to different software and hardware projects. The last years were deeply involved in understanding and working closer with people as a coach, both guiding their career and being the agent of organizational and cultural transformation.Mathias is currently moving to a consultancy company based in Sydney, Australia and will work as an agile coach and delivery manager for that company's clients, along with teaming up with the company leadership to develop and grow the business.
