Jake's last ever training session - se prepara!

Change of day and time

Wednesday will sadly be my last session with the group and it will be a session to remember!

It would be great to see some old faces or to introduce new people to the sort of thing you just cant do in Smart Fit!

The session will be a surprise so please (Fernanda) do not ask me ;)

It will however, be suitable for all fitness levels and you will need to bring gloves, a long sleeved top, a water bottle and plenty of energy.

If you are going to be late send me a message on watsapp ON THE DAY(number below) and i will provide you with a location on the day.

We may go for a drink afterwards so bring some cash
