O IWD é um movimento global da Women Techmakers que celebra o Dia Internacional das Mulheres fortalecendo e ampliando a presença feminina na tecnologia.

Em 2026, o IWD São José dos Campos chega com um propósito claro: um evento 100% protagonizado por mulheres. Todas as palestrantes desta edição são mulheres que atuam no mercado de tecnologia, compartilhando experiências reais, desafios, aprendizados e trajetórias inspiradoras.

Será um dia de muito conteúdo, conexão e troca um espaço seguro para aprender, se inspirar e fortalecer a comunidade feminina na tecnologia

Experience with DDD, Design Pattern, scrum, requirements gathering with user, software architecture, Azure devops, leadership team with method Agile, manager projects beside scrum master..

Passionate for technology and community I´m GDG São José dos Campos organizer, where developers build software and shared knowledge .

The challenge is my motivation to be creative and strategic in search successful.

Graduated in 2018 in Computer Engineering from ETEP Faculdades in São José dos Campos, and in 2020 I began my journey in agility and have a Scrum Master and Scrum Developer certification from Scrum.org. In addition to postgraduate degrees in Organizational Psychology and Site Reliability Engineering. I have more than 8 years of experience in the technology area, especially in agile approaches and improvement of IT processes and services, DevOps and ALM Tools, in addition to providing support with the tools of the Australian company Atlassian. I'm co-author of the book "TI de Salto volume III" and I am currently working as a Corporate Agility Consultant and Atlassian Consultant at Nimble Evolution supporting agile transformation projects, promoting the dissemination of culture and digital transformation among several clients, in addition to being a mentor in training and webinars, always seeking to share knowledge.
