A Free Community Movement Event for Children Ages 2–8
Join The Brunswick School for Play Your Heart Out!, a fun and active morning designed to get young children moving, laughing, and playing together in a welcoming community setting.
This free event invites children ages 2–8 to participate in a variety of age-appropriate, movement-based activities that support coordination, teamwork, and joyful physical play during National Heart Health Month. Families can expect a relaxed, upbeat environment where children can explore, try new activities, and burn off energy while caregivers connect with other local families.
Activities include:
- Soccer
- Relay races
- Bean bag toss
- Parachute play
- Hula hooping
- And more!
This event is open to the community and hosted by The Brunswick School, a local early childhood program serving children from infancy through 2nd grade.
