Tuesday Night Trail Run in the Arb
We meet at 5:45pm near the UW-Arboretum Visitor Center for a trail run through the arboretum for about an hour (usually 5.5-6.5 miles). We support most paces and leave no runner behind!
Note: yoga is done for the season and we will resume in Spring. Thank you so much to our incredible volunteer yoga instructors for all their time this year!
