The community voted, and two challenges are about to become the Summer Projects of Summer Camp 2027! Join us for the kickoff and meet them from day one 🚀

In this session, the Tech Sponsor or the person who brought each challenge will present the idea behind it: what it tackles, the goal for these 3 months, and what the team will build together in open source.

What we will cover
· The two winning projects and the idea behind each one
· The goals each team is working toward for Demo Day
· How we work: one call a week plus async work, with a checkpoint every two weeks
· How you can get involved as a Contributor or Industry Supporter

About Summer Projects
Every year, the media community brings its challenges, votes for the ones worth building, and builds them together in open source from November to January. In February, each team presents what they built at Demo Day, during Summer Week in Montevideo.
