Overall, the leaders of the group believe strongly in building a culture of sharing best practices in Real Estate. By Sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly in Investing through long-term rentals, flips, BRRRR, and large commercial deals. We have all personally found that by being open and helpful, helps everyone grow their wealth.
