*A monthly gathering for cyclical women who are tired of doing it alone*

**How it Works**
We begin with a gentle opening circle where we set intentions and create our container, a safe space to show up as you are.
Then we move into **intimate small groups (3-4 women)** where the real magic happens. Using thoughtfully designed **conversation cards**, we explore what it means to truly listen to your body, honor your cyclical nature, and support each other through our shared challenges.
**You'll never have to speak in front of the whole group if you don't want to.** All sharing happens in intimate small circles where you can go as deep as feels right.
As your facilitator, **I hold the space, guide the flow, and ensure everyone feels held.** Whether you're introverted or extroverted, talkative or reflective—there's room for all of you here. 🌸

**How to Join**
**Simply register on Luma and you're in!**
Our gatherings are **limited to 12-16 women** to ensure an intimate, cozy atmosphere *(more than that is a party, not deep connection!).*

**Where We Gather**
Format depends on the weather. We'll go with nature walks when it's beautiful outside, and cozy café gatherings when we need to be indoors.

A slow, gentle 2-hour walk where we talk as we move. All bodies, all paces welcome.

A quiet, comfortable space where we can settle in with warm drinks and connect without rush.

**About Your Facilitator**
Hi, I'm **Tamara**—a Certified Menstrual Cycle & Functional Hormone Health Coach.
I created **It Takes a Village** because I know what it's like to feel alone in your cyclical challenges. I know what it's like to spread yourself thin, override your body until you burn out, and feel disconnected from yourself.
And I know the POWER of women supporting women.
This is the village I wish I had when I was struggling. Now, I'm creating it for you, a space where you can slow down, be seen, and remember: **You're not broken. You're not alone. And you don't have to figure this out by yourself.**
