Dr. Azizian is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont and is the founder of Mindful Medical Care, a specialized skin cancer clinic in Massachusetts. She also leads Mindful Medical Functional Clinic, offering both in-person and virtual consultations to help patients uncover the root causes of chronic health conditions.
