**Interested in joining a *Clique*?**
The purpose of the Virtual Hop-in is to introduce people to the Community, and later connect people to local members from their area in order to join or create a new *Clique* (Group).

**What is a *Clique*?**
A Clique is a small group with maximum 12 members that lives in the same area/city and meets on a regular basis.
Everybody starts in an Open Clique, and eventually can join or establish more interest-based, faith-based or other theme- or subject-specific Clique's.
A main purpose of the Clique Community is that it should be a place where everyone feels welcome and included.

**What will attendees get out of this?**
Attendees can be a part of a growing, thriving and caring Community and social friend-group, where you can find your place in life, get involved, and develop as a human, and if you need it; get support to get through hard times or challenges. Your Clique will be your group of close friends and together you will do a lot of fun things together. But the core purpose of The Cliques are the weekly SoulCircle-gathering. The SoulCircle is a unique meeting form, where the members sit in a ring and follows a set rules defined by the various meeting-modules.

**Virtual Hop-In Info**
The Zoom-room opens about 5 minutes prior to start-time, and close about 5 minutes after, so make sure to be there in time.

Do you want to or are you trying to loose weight? Or just want a healthier lifestyle?

Then this is the perfect Clique for you.

Here you can join a group together with other people with the same purpose.

First you can participate in the online zoom-meetings, and then you can join a Clique in your area for in-person meetup weight-loss activities, such as gym, jogging, or some fun sport, such as tennis.

Once you join, you can register your name and your city, then when there are more people from your city, the in-person meetups can be arranged.

In the online Zoom-meetup there will be talks about the subject of weight-loss, and sharing of progress, current state, insights, knowledge, tips, and so on, and getting support on the journey.

What is your current bmi(body mass index)? (calculate bmi like this; for instance if one is 90kg and 175cm, the mathematical equation would look like this: 90/(1,75x1,75) = 29,4. The BMI is 29,4)
The World Health Organisation has defined the BMI levels like this:
Below 18,5 = Underweight.
18,5 - 24,9 = Healthy weight.
25 - 29,9 = Overweight, increased risk of health-problems.
Over 30 = Obese, increased risk of serious health-problems.

No matter what your current state is, you are encouraged to join, even if you should think that your current state seems hopeless to change. There is always hope, and there is never to late to make changes in life.

The Weight-loss clique is a great start-point for creating or joining other groups/clique's where one can do other activities together.
Such groups can be support-groups, hobby-groups, and so on.

Feel free to contact event-organiser for any questions or requests. Its a goal that everyone should feel safe, welcomed and included. There is no demand to talk on video if one does not feel like it. You can share as little or as much as you want.

Its also possible to have one-one calls with the event-organizer if you want to talk about something without others hearing. Send a message to schedule a time.

The Clique Community is a friendship network of small groups (up to 12 people). Everyone is welcome. It has a Christian background, setting a few guidelines, but is open to all regardless of beliefs, as long as members treat each other with respect and kindness.

The goal is to offer a low-barrier social community where people can find belonging, friendships, and support. Weekly main meetings follow structured modules led by a Group Mentor. Additional events include training, courses, trips, and hobby gatherings. Members can also organize activities within set guidelines. Groups will occasionally meet in larger community-wide gatherings.
