IMPROMPTU RUN AND TALK - FREE 🥳🏃🏃

Run and Talk is back with a quick, impromptu 7km run this saturday at 7am FREE for all participants!

Some of my students will be there but the run is open for anyone else who wants to break a sweat, push their running limits and practice some english conversation!

So come, bring your friends or your pets and let's RUN AND TALK!
