New Month. New Meeting. New Connections. (Including you!)

I'm looking forward to meeting up with you again this month! It's a pleasure to see this community grow. Last time we met it was a mixture of language, so whether you speak English or Portuguese, join us! The hardest part is getting yourself out the door on a weekend morning, I know. Hopefully those efforts will be rewarded with a sensation of connection, community, movement and new friends. I'm headed to Bulgaria this week to gain some new training and experience I'll be eager to share with you when I get back.
