SouJava would like to announce that we'll be pleased to have Nikita Koselev (@NikitaKoselev) presenting "Growing the Open Source Community, the Open Source way".

Details:
We need to empower people, especially those from the disprivileged background and with limited IT skills to become IT professionals by contributing to OpenSource projects.
We also need to help even experienced devs, teaching them to evolve faster by contributing to OpenSource projects.

Nikita Koselev has supported several London Java Community meetups, running his own YouTube channel and he has recently created an Open Source meetup group.
