Good news the Desfile of VaiVai going to be on Friday (1st day of Carnaval) so whatever plans you have for Carnaval you should be able to Desfile with VaiVai then you join you friend wherever for the rest of Carnaval..
We will go Sunday Feb 3 ~6:30 to pick up and buy the Fantasia, if you're able to show up for the "ensaio de vaivai na quadra vaivai -av. nove de jolho-" and buy your customs (we buy all together and we may get some good discount) then that would be great if not then during the week you should be able to do so ..
