"Abstract Moves" is a workshop where you draw and paint while dancing. You'll experiment with charcoal, acrylics, and other materials, using your body as a tool to create lines and shapes on paper. Grupo de personas interesadas en realizar talleres de Arte Terapia de línea Jungiana Integrativa semanalmente en estudio artístico ubicado en Poble-Sec, Barcelona. Participación abierta a toda persona adulta que se sienta llamada por esta posibilidad, especialmente aquellas que se encuentren transitando la transformación (llamada crisis) de la mediana edad. Los talleres consisten en un proceso creativo donde exploramos y expresamos nuestros mundos interiores a través de la técnica del collage (principalmente), u otras formas de expresión plástica que sintamos indicadas en el momento, para así escuchar y ser escuchados, compartir y profundizar en nuestro autoconocimiento y en la relación con nuestro mundo interior, buscando integrar, concientizar y reconciliar las distintas voces, con el objetivo de poder abrirnos a la mágica promesa de lo trascendente. Talleres de una a tres personas, de dos horas de duración, sin límite mínimo o máximo de sesiones. Are you looking to try out ceramics or up-skill your existing knowledge? Look no further! This workshop is standalone or you can book a block of 4 that need not be consecutive. It takes place in a very spacious and bright studio and you are welcomed to come with your own ideas or simply follow along and let your creativity blossom during the mindful 3 hours of making. The main technique used during the session is hand-building giving you the option to create functional ware or small sculptural work. Beginners will be guided through the process using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing and surface decoration. The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcomed to use the wheel which would need to be reserved in advance. Those of you who would like to learn about glazing would need to book 2 workshops. The workshops are mainly run in English but I do speak Catalan and Spanish. They also provide a great opportunity for non-native speakers to practice their English. They last 3 hours, materials and aprons are provided and your pieces will be fired and ready for pick up around 10 days after. Cost: 42€/person PayPal/40€ Bizum. Block of 4 workshops 150€
