Join us for a special evening celebrating the work of students from the Darkroom Photography Training, led by photographer and mentor Megan Alter. Darkroom is an mentorship program where photographers work on monthly assignments, develop their personal projects, and receive feedback in live review sessions. The exhibition presents a selection of photographic works created by students as part of this program. For one night only, the studio will transform into an exhibition space where you can discover new photographic voices, meet the photographers, and experience their work up close. After last year’s exhibition was a great success, we are excited to present this evening again. As we cycle through green polders and along quiet waterways, you’ll discover how the Dutch once used water as a powerful defense system, by flooding the land in order to stop enemies from invading Holland and taking all our cheese and bicycles :) We’ll pass old forts and scenic Dutch landscapes, where history and nature are coming together.
