This is an opportunity for parents and their children, ages 2 to 5, to learn techniques for self-calming, relaxation, and emotional regulation. These skills will serve you and your family right away and will provide long-lasting coping skills.

Children who are able to calm and relax themselves are happier, more confident, and feel a sense of mastery. Parents with children who are able to calm and relax themselves feel less stress and more in control of their own emotions.

Come learn these exciting techniques with a trained facilitator who will coach you on how to implement these new skills into your daily life.

Weekly meeting locations will vary to accommodate all that want to attend, only $5 per family/ session.
