Louise has spent a lot of her life combining approaches to work for organisations and she hopes that this talk will help people short cut some of things she had to learn the hard way. She doesn’t claim she has THE answer, merely AN answer. Context has a lot to answer for and finding the right answer for an organisation at a point in time can the problematical.

About the Speaker
Louise currently works as an Agile Coach at King’s College London supporting them in their transformation to better ways of working. She spent an inordinately long time working for a bank primarily as a methodologist covering things like lifecycles, frameworks, methods, SDLCs, infrastructure, governance, control, compliance in traditional and non-traditional approaches an dhow to land them. In her past life, she has been a mathematician twice, a developer, a tester, an analyst, an internal assessor, a facilitator, a project lead, and manager, among other things. What she really likes to do work-wise is help people with their conundrums and build a better work world.
