We will borrow from this groups previous incarnations and explore positive psychology and law of attraction, and we will go further. We will explore modalities of mind, energy, body and spirituality. We will explore how to clear blocks and how to motivate, how to empower and make change in the way that is just right and unique for you.

As the creator of "The Connect Method", and an expert on connecting mind & body, I love dancing/moving w/ intention, through my problems, what I desire, or letting my unconscious work on what I want while my conscious mind & body dance. I find using mind & body together adds power to intentions.
I invite you to just dance/move or do more, whatever works best for you.
