On Tuesday at 19:30, I invite you to join me for a 75-minute meditation and sound bath journey.
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to arrive fully in the body and create space within. From there, you’ll be guided into a deep sound meditation — a moment to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect through sound and stillness.
This is a space for rest, grounding, clarity, and inner calm.
Everyone is welcome, and no previous experience is needed.
Just come as you are.
Feel free to bring a blanket, warm socks, or anything that helps you feel safe, cozy, and relaxed.
After the session, we’ll share a cup of tea and have some time to connect and chat.
