Join us for a relaxing After Work Walkabout through beautiful Lettuce Lake Park! This 1.2-mile loop is a perfect midweek escape, featuring shady boardwalks, scenic views, and a peaceful forest setting.
Please arrive and park in either Lot A (closest to the exercise station) or Lot B (near the playground). We'll meet right in front of the exercise station in Lot A at 5:30 PM.
We’ll start the walk promptly and maintain a casual pace. The trail typically takes about 45–60 minutes, which gives us plenty of time to enjoy the route and exit before the gates close.
🚨 Reminder: The park closes at 7:00 PM sharp, so please arrive on time and be mindful of the clock during our walk.
Bring water, bug spray, and comfortable walking shoes. This is a gentle trail and a great way to unwind after the workday.

## Northwest Equestrian Park

We’ll be hiking the Northwest Equestrian Park Trail (~2.5 miles, easy)—a loop through hardwood swamps, marsh areas, and oak hammocks.

Join us for an early evening stroll through the peaceful and shady trails of Rowlett Park. This beautiful city park offers paved walking loops, towering oaks, and quiet views of the Hillsborough River—perfect for unwinding after the workday.
We'll meet at 6:00 PM near Shelter #218, close to the main entrance and parking area. From there, we’ll take a 2-mile loop at a steady pace.
☀️ Note:
Sunset is just after 7:30 PM, so we’ll finish with time to spare. Please arrive on time so we can make the most of the daylight.
🧢 Bring water, bug spray, and wear comfortable walking shoes. This is a great low-pressure walk for all experience levels—and a nice way to ease into the evening.
