- Experience the stillness of the city
- Breathe the freshest air you'll get in London
- Achieve a hill climb before most people are awake.
- From April - September: THE 7AM SUMMIT - Take in one of the best views of London
- From October - March: THE SUNRISE CLUB - Witness the moment the sun emerges above the skyline
- Warm up in a nearby cafe with coffee and good conversation
From our experience, conversations fuelled by early morning light and coffee tend to be good ones :-)

THE 7AM SUMMIT: meet while the city sleeps for a tiny adventure, community & ☕
Primrose Hill, Primrose Hill Rd, Primrose Hill, London, NW1 4NR, London, GBMeet fellow early birds. Get a big dose of nature: wild sky, abundant green space, and occasional wildlife. And then warm up in a nearby cafe.
Conversations fuelled by early morning light and coffee tend to be good ones.
The plan:
- meet at 7AM at the top of PRIMROSE HILL
- take in the view for a little while (depending on how cold it is)
- walk to ROOTS, a friendly café on Regents Park Road
- warm up with coffee (10% off)
Become part of our community of regulars, or just drop by for a one off experience.
We meet frequently - sometimes weekly, sometimes fortnightly - to create and sustain community. New people are always welcome :-)
