When was the last time you had a good laugh? Laughter is the best medicine to boost your immune system, let go of tension and free yourself from negative thoughts to feel more light-hearted and joyful. It is working best, when done with a group of people.

We will do some warming-up by stretching and breathing, followed by playful Laughter exercises that will turn into contagious Laughter. During that process your brain will release chemicals, called endorphins which will simply make you feel great. After releasing tension through laughter we will finish with a deep relaxation to ground ourselves.
