LS Warszawa #32 - Collab with LS Lab Berlin - How can LS improve collaboration?

During this meet-up, we'll explore LS in collaboration, virtually, by collectively trying to answer these questions:

“How can we use Liberating Structures to work better with other people? How can LS improve collaboration?”

We will explore this by using Impromptu Networking, Troika Consulting and debrief with 3W’s. We hope to iterate what we learn in another meet-up hosted by the Poland LS User Group in the future.

*** How to prepare ***

• Install Zoom, a tool for virtual collaboration, on your computer or laptop, and test the settings.
• Participating from a mobile device is not recommended because you might need to use a keyboard;
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
• Be prepared to have your camera on. If you are coming to this meet-up, we want to see each other and build trust in our community. That starts with seeing each other.

*** Attendee limit ***

• In Zoom, we will use a maximum of 100 participants.
• Make sure to join in time.
• A few minutes into the call, we lock the meeting to prevent the waiting room from messing up how the breakout rooms in Zoom are distributed.

*** A reminder ***

• This is a user group, and we are practicing our use of LS by creating this event.
• Expect a bit of chaos, maybe less than perfect facilitation, and some confusion.
• And also expect meeting others and hearing their stories, experiencing how LS work virtually, fun and perhaps some technical glitches. ;-)
