Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Kinder Yoga

Yoga is a great way for children to raise awareness for themselves, others and the world while they have lots of fun! Yoga is a wonderful way for children to become confident, strong, balanced and healthy Yoga awakens the natural boundless energy of a child and imparts valuable lessons in positive thinking, body and mind awareness. This classes are taught in English and/or German.

Join, stretch your body, come out of your mind and deeply relax. Go with the flow. Synchronize your movement with your breath. In this afternoon class we step by step improving our body and mind for good health and happyness. Pranayama breathing techniques and a short guided meditation in Savasana are usually part of each class. In case of very good weather we sometimes go outdoor in a park near the studio. Such change would be announced here.

The instructions will be given in English and/or Deutsch. YOUR FIRST CLASS WITH ME TEACHING IS FREE. Indoor drop-In is 18 Euro. With a 10 Strip card 15 Euro per class. Reduced rate 13 Euro Drop-In or 11,50 Euro per class with 10 strip card. We provide mats and props indoors. You can bring your own mat or a Yoga towel if you like.

People with some mobility limitation like back, shoulder or joint pain are welcome. Just let me know beforehand and we'll see what exercises are useful or could even improve your situation.

I'm a Yoga teacher (certified Yoga Alliance RYS 500) with a therapeutic and deep spiritual approach.
