Ansible SPb Kickoff Meeting

Since we have not so much Ansiblers in SPB yet we decided to make first meetup in Moscow together with Moscow Ansiblers from DevOps Moscow group. This will be our first meetup, which will be a general introduction to Ansible, with Q+A afterwards.
