Come forth and join us on wonderous adventures! The Dice Goblins of NYC and the NY Public Library present 3 one shots adventures for players of all experience levels to enjoy. Players are not expected to bring anything to play except of willingness to be creative, improvisational and work with others. While attendees can indicate the adventure they wish to play when registering, the choice of adventure will be first come, first serve. The one shots presented this month are:
- Girl in the Pines (Classic 1920's Call of Cthulhu)
The investigators are hired by a successful architect with a mysterious past to track down his childhood sweetheart. While he does remember her most memories of his childhood are sketchy at best, as he hasn’t set foot in the place of his birth since he left it more than twenty years ago. The assignment leads investigators into the New Jersey Pine Barrens; a place with a long history of fugitives, highwaymen, witchcraft, and monsters. - Ghost of Harrow Hill (Dungeons and Dragons)
Harrow Hill is an old mansion far from the town, the player's seek refuge there during a storm. They get magically sealed inside and hunted by the Ghost who owns the mansion. - King Torg's Valentine's Day (Kobold's Ate My Baby)
All Hail King Torg! You Kobold tasked with getting Valentine's Day for King Torg. Play this Rules light game as you run around trying to find the perfect present and get back before you die a Horrible Koblod Death.
