This Sunday, we gather for an Ecstatic Dance at Pyramid Floor — an evening to step out of the usual rhythm and into presence, movement, and connection.

Aesthetic Dance is a space to explore movement in your own way. There’s no choreography, no pressure, no need to perform. You’re invited to listen to your body, follow your impulses, and move as it feels natural to you — whether that’s dancing, stretching, resting, or simply being.

We begin the evening gently with a cacao moment and a short singing circle to arrive together and connect with the space. From there, we open into a guided music journey.

The DJ set will move through different textures — from soft and spacious, into playful and energetic, and back into stillness. You can stay in your own world or connect with others, always with awareness and respect.

This is a space to reset, to feel, and to reconnect — with yourself and with the people around you.
