Let's meetup and celebrate a German tradition, Oktoberfest! Meetup time will be Sunday, October 11th at 11am at the Washington State Fairgrounds.
Oktoberfest Northwest is an all-ages event until 6 pm on Friday and Saturday evenings, and all day Sunday for Family Day with activities like pumpkin decorating, kids hammerschlagen, the Kinder Root Bier Garden, games, free face painting Saturday and Sunday, and more!
We will meet at the Gold Gate at the corner of 9th Ave SW and S Meridian). As part of the meet we'll have a group lunch at 2:15pm after the Stein Holding competition.
Large bags and or backpacks are not allowed (diaper bags are the exception). Full face coverings are not allowed. But you can wear your ears, tails, and paws; your face just has to be visible.

Parking:
Parking is FREE in the Blue Lot for this event.
Where we will meet:
We will meet by the Gold gate between 10:30 - 11 am, which is on the corner of 9th Ave SW and S Meridian St.
Entry is permitted until 11 pm, one hour prior to the event closing.
I’ll try to have a Google Maps GPS pin on myself throughout the day so you can easily find us!
The link for the GPS pin will be posted to both the meetup.com event page and Telegram before the start of the meetup.
