🌊 SUP & Brunch: Explore Helsinki from the Water

Meet new people while exploring one of Helsinki’s most beautiful spots! ✨

Join us for a stand up paddleboarding (SUP) session and explore Helsinki’s beautiful coastline around Töölö. We’ll paddle through Taivallahti Bay and head towards nearby Seurasaari Island. The route is beginner-friendly, so no previous SUP experience is needed.

After the session, anyone who'd like to continue is welcome to join us for coffee or brunch nearby. Completely optional, but it's always a nice chance to get to know everyone a little better.

Price
€16.70 per person

The price includes:

• 1-hour SUP board rental
• Paddle
• Life jacket
• Departure from Café Regatta (details in the location below 👇🏻)

To reserve your spot, please send €16.70 via MobilePay to +358 40 677 1246 (Rivka) and include your name (and your guest’s name, if applicable) in the payment message.

Registration deadline: Friday evening.

We need at least 12 participants to secure the discounted group price, so please sign up before the deadline if you'd like to join.

What to bring:

• 👕 Comfortable sportswear or quick-drying clothes
• 🩱 Swimwear underneath (optional, but recommended if it’s warm or in case you fall in)
• 🩴 Sandals or flip-flops that can get wet (or go barefoot if the rental center allows)
• 🧴 Sunscreen
• 🧢 Hat and sunglasses with a strap (optional)
• 💧 Water bottle

If you plan on joining the brunch afterwards, take with you:

• 👚 A towel
• 👕 A change of clothes

Good to know

Wear comfortable clothes suitable for the weather.
In case of unsafe weather conditions, the activity may be postponed or cancelled by the rental centre.
