3. Waitlist
If the event is full, please join the waitlist if you are interested. Spots may open due to cancellations or last-minute dropouts.
4. What to Bring

• Indoor sports shoes
• Water
• Your own racket, if possible

We have 2 spare rackets, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please message us if you would like to reserve one.
Rackets may also be available to rent at the venue, subject to availability and customer-service opening hours.
5. No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, members who repeatedly miss events without informing us at least 24 hours in advance may not be accepted for future events, even if the event was already paid for.
This helps keep limited spots available for members who genuinely plan to attend.
Please check the event description each week before RSVPing, as the price, venue, cancellation policy and other details may vary.
See you on court! 🏸
