What to expect for a typical practice?

• 7.15pm - Meetup, Setup Pool and Gear up!
• 7.30pm - Fitness and Warm-Ups
• 7.50pm - Individual & Group Skills
• 8.30pm - Game
• 9.00pm - Post Game Drinks & Snacks at the Venue
