Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to improve your hip mobility, this class is for you!

This beginner-friendly, hip-focused yoga class slows things down and breaks movements apart so you can truly understand and feel each pose in your body. No rushing, no pressure, no experience needed.

Together, we’ll move through a gentle, flow-inspired practice centered around opening the hips, building stability, and improving range of motion. We’ll warm up the body, connect to the breath, and explore foundational poses with intention and support along the way.

Class begins promptly at 9:30 AM.

Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in.

Hi, I'm Drake! To me, yoga is so much about learning where to push and where to soften on the mat & in every day life. I'm a 200hr yoga teacher, who's inspired by functional movement and creative sequencing. I aim to bring a mic of energized & calm; while moving you through poses that will having you feeling good- physically & mentally!
