Samantha and Lorenzo, two gastronomes from Italy's Slow Food University, invite you to a thoughtfully curated four-course dining experience - entirely plant-based and guided by the rhythms of the seasons. Drawing inspiration from traditional Italian cuisine, their menu celebrates the art of simplicity, transforming humble, fresh ingredients into caring, fulfilling dishes.
