Teach and learn new movements

Сведения
Our first meetup is all about learning from each other.
We are going to warm up and practice some movement skills together. If you want to get the most out of this meetup, I suggest picking one or two movements you are good at (or bad at, but still love) and tell us about it. Then everyone will try it, together we might discover something new about it, help each other become better at it. It might be something as simple as the squat, or something more complex like pirouette. Any movement you can explain to the others will do.

Those are some very skilled movers in this video, though. Don't be afraid. SERIOUSLY. This meetup is meant to be accessible to all individuals healthy enough to exercise with moderate intensity who want to learn to move better (myself included).
After we've practiced each individual movement, we are going to try find ways to link all that we have learned into a movement sequence, find transitions between positions and create a seamless flow. If you've never tried it, it's an amazing way to build coordination, mobility and strength in ranges of motion you've never even knew about.
At the end of the session we'll do some injury prevention work and mobility.
Clothing: I strongly recommend wearing something that doesn't restrict your movement in any major way. Try to squat with your arms overhead to see if your clothes are up for the task. Try downward dog position, if your t-shirt doesn't end up covering your head, it's good to go.
Oh, and bring a yoga mat if you have one
Place: We have a small dance hall near Kurskaya reserved for 2.5 hours. It has a locker room and a shower. Paid parking lots should also be available.
Language: Russian or English, whichever makes sense. Don't worry we'll find a way to communicate
Wow, this is really our very first meetup! I'm pretty excited!
