Let's start the week with a healthy hike!

Washington Lake Park is a lovely park with woodland and paved trails, wetlands, plus 3 ponds.
Toilets are available.
Note, we are now parking in lot D next to the park office
This will be an easy to moderate paced hike of about 2 hours and 3.5 to 4 miles. There will be a few 'easy outs' available along with opportunities for extra loops for those who want more challenge.
This is a good hike for beginners, with challenge for experienced hikers.

The park has 2 entrances: on Greentree Rd between Chapel Heights and Hurffville Cross Keys Rd, (.3 miles north of Duffield’s) and another on Hurffville Cross Keys road west of Greentree.

Park in lot D next to the park office, look for my white Crosstrek.

NOTE: 9:30am IS STARTING TIME. ARRIVE BY 9:15 SO YOU HAVE TIME TO ADJUST SHOES AND SIGN IN. WE WILL LEAVE ON TIME.

Dogs aren't permitted on the trails or fields.
