О нас
Green Lake is one of the most popular destinations for urban runnings in the Seattle area. The Seattle Green Lake Running Group was created with the intent of creating a running community that supports and encourages a healthy and active lifestyle through group events and participation. Our goal is to try and have something for everyone and the more runners that attend events the better chance that there will be running buddies for all. Whether you're looking to increase your cardiovascular endurance, meet some new exercise buddies or have training partners for your next race you've come to the right place.
Group Waiver:
I know that running and participating in SGLRG events are potentially hazardous activities. I should not participate in group activities unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running and participating in SGLRG events including but not limiting to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of the road and traffic on the various courses and routes, and such risk being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application for membership, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Seattle Green Lake Running Group, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in these group activities even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person named in this waiver. I further grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of these events and activities for any legitimate purpose.

Смотреть все- Tuesday Evening Run (TER)Green Lake Park Wading Pool, Seattle, WA
TER is a great way to add a fun, yet challenging, evening run into your running routine. Plus, we almost always get pizza afterwards! Come out weekly and you'll have a new running buddy or 3 to help push you through your training plans.
We offer three different routes to choose from:
3 miles: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/4901942017
5 miles: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/4901909737
7 miles: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/4901935420Starting at Zeek’s, we all head down to Ravenna Park via Ravenna Bvld. The three milers head north along Brooklyn Ave to 65th St. and turn left back towards Ravenna. Five and seven milers head through the center of the park, then loop back north on 58th to 20th. We cross the bridge over the park and head to 65th, where we turn left and rejoin the 3 mile route. Once we all get back to Ravenna, we backtrack to the lake and head north back to Zeeks, or take the long way around the outer loop to make it (almost) 7 miles.
Grab some friends and split a medium (3 people) or large (4 people) pizza and join us for some good conversation.
Hope to see you this Tuesday!
