This trip will be a winter snow scramble to Silver Peak via Annette Lake Trail near Snoqualmie Pass. We will follow the Annette Lake trail for most of the approach, then leave the trail and climb the ridge to the summit.
This is not a beginner hike. It is a winter scramble with snow travel, possible steep sections, and route finding. Participants should have winter hiking or scrambling experience and be comfortable hiking in snow for several hours.
Distance is moderate but elevation gain is steady, and snow conditions may make the trip more challenging.

  • Microspikes or crampons

  • Extra warm layers and gloves
  • Food and water
