EXTENDED BIO: The Iron Oak Post building was Melbourne's 5th post office from the 1920's until the 1950's. The original owner wanted to keep as much of the original feel as possible; The old wood floors are original and the bar is built entirely of reclaimed wood from the old post office building. PO box doors dating back to the 1800's line the walls in hopes of bringing a sense of nostalgia for our guests. The original post office safe is still in the building, unopened....
