Sketching Session: Scifi drawing

In this workshop, we’ll explore the visual language of Science Fiction. You’ll get to try drawing alien landscapes, futuristic cityscapes, or spaceships.

We will have a collection of reference images and art books available to help spark ideas for your designs. You can focus on capturing the atmosphere of deep space or simply invent your own futuristic tech and alien lifeforms.

This session is a relaxed, creative session, perfect to try out and share tips together with fellow artists. Our experienced hosts will help you out with tips throughout. All materials will be provided.

No drawing experience needed, just your imagination! Free to join!

• TIME: 11:00.
• VENUE: Kungsholmens Internationella biblioteket, on the second floor.
• WHAT TO BRING: Feel free to bring your own sketchbook/tablet.
• FOOD & DRINKS coffee/tea will be provided.

This event is hosted by the Sketching Club gang, Pierre, Nina, Dhruv, and Dana, and is in collaboration with the lovely people over at Stockholms Stadsbibliotek (Stockholm Public Library).
