Le fine-tuning est coûteux, lent et rigide. Il existe une meilleure approche. Notre unicité se replie, notre expression se filtre, et notre vie devient plus petite que ce que nous portons réellement. Le breathwork agit comme un espace de permission accordée, où le corps peut enfin relâcher ces mémoires, où le système nerveux peut retrouver de la sécurité, et où, doucement, ce qui était retenu peut recommencer à circuler. Le système nerveux ne fait pas la différence entre un danger réel… et une blessure ancienne qui se réactive. Une situation ordinaire qui active une ancienne mémoire, et sans s'en apercevoir le corps bascule en mode survie : fuite, lutte, figement. Cela arrive à chacun de nous. Private Group. Closed to the Public Knowing ourselves and understanding our abilities is the first step toward wielding our gifts with control and accuracy.
