Volunteer at Gleaners Food Bank

Hello Friends.
Shelia from our Meetup Group, Fresh Start, had a great idea, organized this event and has invited us to join them.
I’m sorry to say that I’m unable to join you that day but Shelia and Kathy (both from Fresh Start) will be your hosts. I believe it’s a worthy cause and I hope to join you next time.

They are getting together to do some volunteer work at Gleaners Community Food Bank at the South Campus Distribution Center, in Taylor, MI on May 7th.

Volunteers assist with food packing projects. If you want to bring a guest, volunteers must be in 8th grade or older. There is a limit of 50 volunteers per shift.

Although volunteering is a free activity, lunch will be paid for on your own.
