FRIDAY WALK: CROWHURST CIRCULAR (4 MILES)

Hi all. This circular walk takes us through quiet fields and woodland around Crowhurst. It is a moderate walk with some hilly bits, nothing to strenuous, and lovely scenic views.

There is no cafe en route so we will have a short stop midway sitting on the grass. Please bring a drink, snack and sitmat. The village pub closed last year but there may be an option to visit a pub in Catsfield after the walk if anyone wants to stay around.

We will start our walk at 10am from the corner of Station Road and Forewood Lane, Crowhurst, opposite St George's Church. There is roadside parking along Station Road, satnav TN33 9DB. (W3W: lectured/desktop/tidal). Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to be booted and ready for a prompt start.

Hopefully the weather will stay fine but if it's wet I will cancel the day before. If you are unable to attend on the day, please call or text me on 07764 677363 in case I can't access MeetUp.
