Do you enjoy playing board games, whether that's at one of our events or another event or maybe even at home? Fancy spending a day surrounded by board games, D&D, minis, card games and people with the same interest?
So come along to UK Games Expo at the NEC Birmingham!
It's a multi-day event, but we are going Saturday 30th May 2026
Tickets are only £20
A few people (me included) are driving down and should also have spare seats in their cars, so if transport’s putting you off, comment or message and we’ll try sort lifts out where we can.
We're planning to head down to the convention, wander the halls, try random demo games, probably buy things we absolutely do not need, and grab food/drinks. If you’ve never been before, don’t worry it's an easy day out even if you came solo, but this time you don't have to!
Activities going on include:
- Trying demo board games
- Watching or joining RPG/D&D sessions
- Browsing the massive trader halls
- Miniature painting & hobby areas
- Open gaming tables
- Playtesting new games
- Trading card games
- Cosplay spotting
No proper schedule yet (Will be confirmed), but take this with you, it's a good excuse to get out of the house and do something fun with people who understand why owning 14 sets of dice is completely reasonable.
