Free Group CrossFit Class

Hi CrossFitters! All welcome to join this free CrossFit class at Ari CrossFit :) All levels welcome. Some of you have been to Bangkok CrossFit, CrossFit ten500, or CrossFit east west, this is the first free CrossFit Class at Ari. Come check it out and if you have been to one of the other meetups, here is a chance to talk about what you like best about each facility.
