CrossFit Free Intro Class

Hey CrossFitters!
In this free intro class we are going to introduce the fundamental movements that we utilize in our every day life & see how these movements play a role in our CrossFit training. We will be doing body weight and light weight movements. This is perfect for the first time CrossFitter who is interested in finding out more about what we do.
When: Thursday, 3/26 @ 8:30-9:30am
Where: Ari CrossFit
Wear: standard gym clothes (shorts, shoes, shirt)
Cost: Free
