Ever dreamed of having your own little herb garden but feel like you don’t have space or time?

Join us at theCOMMONS Farmers Market for a free, beginner-friendly herb growing demo that’ll show you just how easy it is to grow fresh flavour on a balcony or sunny windowsill. You’ll learn how to care for your herbs, harvest for long-term growth, and grow from both seed and starter pots.

This workshop is part of Homegrown—a series that helps people in the city grow food, connect with nature, and rediscover joy in the everyday.

We’ll have a mini stall where you can buy herbs and seeds for super cheap, and you’ll meet other curious growers who are also just getting started. This is about flavour, freedom, and feeling rooted—wherever you are.
