Neighborhood Walk to Wat Paknam with Canal Boat Ride

Join me on a morning walk through one of Bangkok's lesser-known neighborhoods. We will pass through local markets, visit small community temples and shrines, and make our way to the Great Buddha at Wat Paknam, one of the city's newest and most eye-catching landmarks.

Of course, we will have plenty of time to stop for coffee and conversation along the way at a very cool local cafe.

Please bring 300 baht, which includes all admission tickets and the price of a 15-minute canal boat ride to reach the temple.

Be prepared to walk around 4-5 km. I recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. There will be places to stop along the way to buy water.
