Hello there!
I’m Aimee 😊 and this is my very first Yoga in the Park event — I’m so excited to share this with you!
🧘♀️ I’ve just completed my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and I’d love to practice teaching while moving and having fun together.
🌀 My classes are about grounding, realigning, and giving yourself the freedom to listen to what your body needs — all while enjoying the flow.
🐚 At the end, I may add a touch of Tibetan sound healing or some gentle guitar therapy as a little surprise. Let’s see where the energy takes us 😆.
🛝 We’ll gather under the Monkey Pot 🌳 , a breezy and shaded spot near the garden as our Mindfulness Playground.Don’t worry — restrooms are nearby.
📣 What to Bring:
✌️ Your own yoga mat & mat cleanser
✌️ Any props you like (knee pads, blocks, straps)
✌️ Water bottle
✌️ Towel (optional)
✌️ Most importantly: an open heart, self-compassion, and no judgment ✨
📣 Note: Space is** limited to 6 people **per session.
